[SOLVED] Missing 10-evdev.conf

I've been away from Linux for a few months and decided it was time to go back home again. I then installed Arch using the same method as I've been using for almost a year, everything went great as normal, my 11 y/o mouse is working (as well as everything), but I noticed the file "/etc/X11/xorg.config.d/10-evdev.conf" was missing. It's not a big deal and I could easily configure my keyboard to "br-abnt2", but I just want to know if I did something wrong or if this is normal on this new version of xorg.

I looked up on the following places and the packages page says that file should exist, and the wiki page doesn't mention changes in xorg config files.

https://www.archlinux.org/packages/extr … ver/files/

https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Xorg

You should have 10-evdev.conf in the /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/ directory, which manages keyboards, mice, touchpads and touchscreens.

Amarildo, check archlinux home page.

In last update to Xorg 1.16, those files are now in /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d folder by default.

Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.

(A works at time B)  && (time C > time B ) ≠  (A works at time C)
