Hi guys,
I have 2 monitors on my computer, attached to a GTX 780, one connected via DP and the other by DVI. They are 1440p monitors. This is a fresh install and I originally had the Nouveau drivers installed and everything was working fine. I then replaced the Nouveau drivers with the proprietary Nvidia ones and the DVI monitor is no longer correctly detected.
Looking at the Nvidia settings it appears that it is not correctly setting the DVI connector into Dual-Link and is not correctly reading the EDID so it is not sending a signal that the monitor can read.
I would appreciate any help you can give me.
