Installer hangs on "Triggering uevents..." - can't install

Hello

Trying to install Arch on a new PC and somehow the installer fails to start correctly. For some reason it hangs and gives error messages on "Triggering uevents...".
I'm sury I can't type the text without errors, so allow me to post a picture of the message. >link<

Some info:
Trying to boot in UEFI mode (doesn't work the old way either)
The flash drive I'm using is okay.
The USB port is okay.
The PC is okay, it has windows installed on another drive (SSD)
I tried using dd (from notebook with linux mint) and Rufus (windows).
Redownloaded the image 3 times from different mirrors.
It starts successfully on my old notebook.

To be honest, I don't a thing from the error message. sad

Thanks in advance!
