Is it not working? Otherwise, it appears that, despite your assertion, your machine IS using UEFI.
but, when i use ISO that release in 2013. it doesn't appear like that.
the problem just begin when i use ISO in 2014.

You seem surprised that Arch has changed over the past year. The real question is -- why are you surprised by this?

Most likely you have a motherboard that is capable of BIOS & UEFI. One of my computers has a dual mode where it can boot either BIOS or UEFI... So if you know for a fact that you have been booting a bios bootloader if may be the case that you installed using BIOS so it has been using that all along, but now that you have given it something UEFI to boot it will choose that option.
Check your motherboards settings and see that your boot mode is set to "legacy" or "BIOS" and not some automatic or dual mode if you would like to continue using BIOS (OR depending on what your doing just install the UEFI bootloader, not much harder)
And yes, there have been AT LEAST 3 updates in the past year of Arch, possibly even more (likely even A LOT more...)
