[Solved] Bluez sixaxis pairing

I have a Ps3 controller I'm trying to get to work with bluez. I've read that bluez-plugins gives built in support for sixaxis pairing. My controller however, does not pair. In bluetoothctl it appears when it is plugged in, but when I unplug, there is no authentication for the device or anything.

Am I doing something wrong?

Re: [Solved] Bluez sixaxis pairing

It looks like when I try to sync, blueman notices the controller for a split second, and then it disappears. Over and over.

Re: [Solved] Bluez sixaxis pairing

So, I couldn't get the plugin to work, however I used the sixaxis package from AUR and then trusted the controllers through blueman. Everything seems to work fairly well now. However, I'm not sure if the controllers will turn off after a short time. I'm marking this as solved, but if anyone has any insight as to get the controllers to turn off after they've been inactive for a short time, i'd love to hear it!
