run more pair of loudspeakers at the same time

Hi to everybody,
A have a weird question : I have a stereo speakers connected via jack and a 2.1 speakers connected via USB , now, can I play a stream/song both with stereo and 2.1 speakers together, at the same time?

Why do you speak about multiple "sound cards " instead of multiple "speakers " ???

Because your USB speakers likely contain a separate sound card, so what you really want to do is output the signal over both sound cards (on board/wherever your analog jacks are, and USB).

Ah, ok, today I learn something new!

If I use RCA jack instead USB to connect 2.1 speakers , hence one sound card, how can I solve?
