The document titled HDMI ELD Memory Structure should provide some insight. ELD stands for EDID like data. Can you get EDID from your monitor? Running 'xrandr --props' should provide EDID for display :0[.0]. Do you use an adapter for HDMI/DVI?

Are those information correct? Do you get the same error with the vga disconnected? Or the other way around with the hdmi disconnected? Check cables and sockets by replacing and switching them. Try to get EDID for the other monitor. It seems VGA-0 has none. try the display switch/variable.
Offline
Both monitors are iiyama.
I've disconnected both monitors separately, but the error sound hdaudioC1D0: HDMI ATI/AMD: no speaker allocation for ELD stays the same. The hdmi monitor goes sometimes black(not standby) for 20seconds and returns. The hdmi monitor displays sometimes a out of range message.(h. frequency 67.5KHz, v.frequency 120.2Hz. Checked the cables, changed the resolutions without any result.
I can't get the EDID of the vga monitor

Post 'aplay -l' and 'lspci -nn'. Give more information about hardware. So your video card has an hdmi socket and a vga socket? There are no adaptors whatsoever between monitors and the gpu? What driver are you using?

When the system restarts without starting X the " sound hdaudioC1D0: HDMI ATI/AMD: no speaker allocation for ELD" error doesn't appear. and the hdmi monitors doesn't flicker . I looked in /var/log/Xorg.0.log for errors, but all seems normal.
Anyone suggestions?
Offline
I would try the catalyst driver or look for radeon driver specific options for/in xorg.conf.
Offline
Adding radeon.audio=0 to the kernel parameters did the trick for me.
Offline
Next time, please mention that you the hdmi function is irrelevant to you. Also this does not really solve the issue, it is ignored indirectly instead.

I have the same issue, including the screen flicker, but cannot afford to disable audio. Any tips?

Even though this thread is fresh, I would suggest you start your own, reference to this one and go through the steps that have been proposed here.
