Kernel 3.16-2 kvm networking problem

I use kernel 3.16-2_x86-64 and qemu 2.1.0-2.
Guests: ubuntu 14.04, kernel 3.13.0-33, guests boot with direct kernel boot. Cmdline: root=/dev/vda.
Problem: If the network on guest has not been used a few minutes, then it stops working. No incoming traffic does not pass. But if a guest shows network activity (like ping or network restarting or rebooting), network is restored for a few minutes.
On kernel 3.15.8-1 problem is not observed.
In arch and guest syslog i saw nothing.
