Kega Fusion Emulator muted

Hi. I've a problem using Kega Fusion: I can't uncheck the Option "Disable sound" in Sound menu. Of course, none of my games have sound. What do i do to have sound in KF?

PD. I've installed it from AUR and i'm not interested in using another emulator because i think it's the best for most Sega consoles.

You provide no information about your system whatsoever. Are your legal copies of the appropriate Sega system BIOS error free? You could run kega-fusion with strace or try to recompile it with debug flags, should it have any, since the AUR PKGBUILD only installs compiled material, to check if there are some warnings/errors/unreasonable behaviour.
