[Solved] Black Screen and Mouse after switching to tty and back

I'm using the Catalyst driver and xfce. I'm using the xorg115 repo and the unofficial repo from the wiki page. I'm not using a display manager, I'm just logging in from console and auto starting x. When I switch to a different virtual console then back to the first one where X was started, there is only a black screen and the mouse which I can move around. Any thoughts?

EDIT: I added 'Option      "XAANoOffscreenPixmaps"     "true"' to my xorg.conf file and switching ttys works now! Marked as solved (I also added this workaround to the wiki page.)
