How to Handle Incorrect Lib Versions?
sfml is still trying to link with glew 1.10 (current is 1.11) and electricsheep is somehow expecting boost-libs 1.56 (current is 1.55). Technically both packages are up-to-date, they're just depending on the wrong versions.
What's the proper course of action? Report as a bug? Flag out-of-date?

Bug reports. There is already a to-do list to correct the glew problems, electronicsheep was supposed to be fixed already. Make sure it's up-to-date.
