Ghost/Second mouse cursor after dragging something.

It happens occassionally. Like after i try to drag something in  my firefox. It fixes itself after i restart, but I would like to avoid the hassle.

I have seen this issue occasionally too.
I can switch to a terminal do something and back to make it normal again.
Been wanting to take a screenshot of it for a while now.
