[Solved]pkgbuild needs strip?

I'm installing Arch in a VM to test before making the switch, and I need to install lxqt from the AUR via pkgbuild. When I run 'makepkg -s' it said it needed the fakeroot and strip binaries. 'pacman -S fakeroot' solved the former, but what is the strip binary called? I searched and 'pacman -S strip' was the suggested solution, however there is no strip package present.

Oh my god I forgot that my snapshot which I reverted to was from before I installed base-devel. Ha ha, thanks..

Handy, that one is.
