Hi,
On *buntus I use TLP for power management and pm-utils for hibernation without problem. Works great with my Thinkpads. However, on Arch that is not possible. On the wiki for TLP it states: "tlp conflicts with pm-utils and other power management tools like laptop-mode-tools." I decided to try anyway but get dependency issues and can't install pm-utils after tlp. Does anyone know why this is a problem on Arch and not other distros the *buntus and Debian?
