I'm not sure if this is a problem with the new Arch base distro, but I can't connect to wireless networks AT ALL. I've set up Arch multiple times on my laptop (Compaq Presario CQ62) and I have never had any problems, but during a new installation, I ran into this new wireless problem. I've tried following the Arch Beginners Guide, multiple tutorial vidoes and series, and read EVERYWHERE on the forums, stackexchange, etc. I have no idea what the problem is.
During initial install, I can use wifi-menu and connect PERFECTLY, but rebooting after the entire installation process (which I was able to get wifi working normally there), I attempt to launch wifi-menu. It successfully scans all networks and allows me to create a profile, and then enter a password. I enter my networks wireless key, and it instantly gives me a "Connection Failed" window. It gives NO attempt to connect, just an instant failure.
I managed to find a Linux Mint CD lying around and installed that so I could write this post. If you'd like logs for the problem, I can definately supply them.
Thanks and have an amazing day fellow archers!

Will need a bit more information to help you. For example:
1. What desktop(s) did you install?
2. What display manager are you using?
3. Did you install packages such as polkit, gnome-keyring, etc?
I suspect your problem may be related to dbus and/or authentication packages. You might want to check out the Openbox article on the ArchWiki - even if you have not installed Openbox - as it touches on the dbus and authentication issues.

You list all the many resources you've followed - but you do not include the only relevant one:
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Wireless
Follow that wiki page, and for now use the manual steps as they provide a step-by-step approach that will allow you to pinpoint which step is failing. Also report back with all the diagnostic information gathered from following the setup portion of that page.

Not an Installation issue, moving to NC...

Jasonwryan: Thanks for moving, thought it might be better there but couldn't edit the title to ask.
CarID: Can't install any due to my lack of internet access. Just bare bones Arch.
Trilby: Tried it after posting, still no success.

You tried what? I suggested you follow the steps and report back with which steps failed along with the relevant diagnostic information gained from following the steps. You certainly haven't tried that.
Just saying it didn't work won't get you anywhere.
