How to install Enlightenment DR17?

Hi, I found a repository for DR17 and this is the link it gives:

How do I use this file to install dr17?

You would be better served by adding founix or shadowhands repositories to your /etc/pacman.conf

then you can just pacman -S e17

Sorry I'm such a noob, so do I add
Include = /etc/pacman.d/founix
to my /etc/pacman.conf file?

put that in /etc/pacman.conf

then pacman -Sy e17

I don't provide E17 anymore, but change those directions for founix.
