[SOLVED]Laptop doesn't resume after suspending to ram

My laptop is Lenovo Thinkpad E440. All was working excellent — closing lid and notebook suspends, opening lid and notebook wakes up.
It all started after updates that came 16-20 of September. Closing lid — and laptopt suspends, but after opening lid nothing happens. Red thinkpad's light is fading like notebook is in suspend. Long press to power button is only way to halt notebook.
I've tried to downgrade packages to the state as of September 16, but nothing has changed.
Pacman's log since September 16: http://pastebin.com/pCeuxrJt
In journalctl there is only -- Suspend -- and nothing after.
Please help debug it.

Okay, problem is solved. Solution is disabling USB 3.0 support in BIOS. This problem is actual for all Thinkpad E[4-5]40 and T[4-5]40.
