fvwm howto

hi, im a linux noob but i want to try the newest possible fvwm, so how i can install the devel version and how i ve to configure the x to start xdm and then fvwm automatically?

enable [unstable] in pacman.conf
as root

pacman -Sy fvwm-devel

configure xdm to boot (see wiki for howto)
configure for your user the .xsession file
