Hello, here is description of a problem that really pisses me off in these latter days.
After selecting Arch Linux in GRUB, I see black screen for about 1 or 2 minutes. Then, this message appears:
[ 60.557637] INFO: rcu_preempt detected stalls on CPUs/tasks: { 0 } (detected by 1, t = 18002 jiffies, g = -272, c = -273, q = 1)This message is visible for about 1 minute. After that OS is loaded normally. I encountered the problem after installation of Arch Linux, but at the time it was occurring once in 10 boots or even less often. However, after a recent full update (I think so, it may be unrelated) it has begun happening quite often. And this is not fun.
I tried to Google this message but nothing useful or relevant was found and I can't understand what this message is trying to convey to me. My system setup is quite minimalistic and I like when it boots in seconds, so this thing is a real disaster.
Any help is really appreciated. If you need additional info about my machine, please ask.

I'm wondering whether it is really a CPU hardware fault? If it were me I would run something like the Ultimate Boot CD and use the CPU test applications to check out the CPU.

I downloaded Ultimate Boot CD and tested my CPU. It passed tests successfully.
