Dev Packages?

I'm trying to build Amarok 1.4 from source, and I need various libraries with the headers included. (Usually, the packages would be called things like "qt-dev") How can I get developer packages from pacman?

I used to use debian, where everything had a -dev package, so I know where you're coming from. To keep things simple, arch includes these things as part of the standard package, so you should be able to do what you need.
