Hi I'm currently running Arch using the Nouveau drivers. I've had huge difficulty using the Nvidia drivers because arch for some reason didn't detect my cards. I have 750m SLI
Is there any known fix for this? I've searched and searched but all in vain.

Which nvidia drivers are you trying to install? Is your system up to date?

I've tried several. the default nvidia ones, 340xx, legacy and none worked. My system was installed yesterday so yes it is up to date
EDIT:
Also for some reason my system only detects one of my GPUs using lspci -k | grep -A 2 -i "VGA", I have 2x 750m but it only displays 1

I'm assuming you've tried nvidia-340xx-lts? this one worked for me. Geforce GT 750M.

It detects only 1 GPU using nouveau or using nvidia drivers?

That's for the lts kernel... won't work if you use the regular "linux" kernel.
What kernel are you running OP? Also it would help to see the following
lsmod | grep nvidia
lsmod | grep nouveau
cat /var/log/Xorg.0.log
dmesg | grep nvidia
