Arch Linux archiso x86_64 UEFI USB failed to verify with *ACCESS DENIED* even after using hashtool.

How do I install Arch to allow secure boot?

a Promise  PDC40718 based ZFS set
root on a Samsung SSD PB22-J

I had the same trouble so I just disabled secure boot, windows 8 (dual boot) still loads fine after that.
