3.17.1 behave odd when dealing with cjk filename on f2fs

I'm a chinese user, and after upgrade to linux 3.17.1, I find all my file with cjk characters in their filenames become inaccessible.
The filesystem is f2fs, f2fs-tools version is 1.4.0-1
In my music folder, if I use ls -l, I get something like this:

You can see that the one without cjk characters in their filename is normal, and those with cjk characters, I can't see their rights, owner, group etc
If I try to access those file, I get 'No such file', and I can't see these files in KDE, nor access them
The oddest thing is, 3.17.1itself deals with cjk filenames quite well, I can create, access files under 3.17.1, I just can not access the files created before upgrade, I mean, created under older linux version.
After switch to linux-lts, everthing goes fine
