Random Kernel panic/freeze

Hi all, since one month, i'm fighting with sporadic/random/daily system freezes.
Tha system completely stop to respond to commands, keyboard leds doesn't turn/on off if pushed.
I cannot switch VTS nor ping the machine.
Last time, i decided to leave the pc in text mode (X was running on vt7 with nvidia blob), i don't know if it is related, but the last time the crash was somehow different.
The machin answered to pings and even if i couldn't ssh into it (but the port was open), i successfully "REISUB" it, so that after a reboot i've got some logs:

That messages were repeating flooding the log file every minute or more.

Are they useful somehow to understant what's going on in my system?
What i already tried:
Change RAM
Change PSU
Resetting the bios to default values
Fsck every partition
switch to kernel lts and nvidia blob lts
restoring default boot options
switched nvidia blob to NON use Msi.

Any advice, please?
