[arch-based] Web browsers screen flickering

I will immediately explain what's wrong: it often happens that, while I'm surfing the internet, Google Chrome (and Chromium, too) starts flickering. I just understood it happens when I'm loading massive pages that need more resources than normal sites need (eg: Facebook, YouTube, and so on).

If you need any kind of test, I will do it.

Sorry, we can't help with "arch-based" distros as we have no idea what changes they have made.

you could try disablling/enabling "Override software rendering list" from chrome://flags

Happens here too on Arch, disabling/enabling "Override software rendering list" doesn't help.

Use the Source, Luke!

If you are using the proprietary nvidia driver, try turning on 'maximum performance' in nvidia-settings under the GPU/PowerMizer section. See if that helps..
