Are you just going to keep pasting in your machine specs, or do you intend to try and solve this yourself?
What is your dpi? Your monitor's dpi? Any settings in your xorg.conf?
Your screenshot is inconclusive, but it looks like that it is just related to some icons: have you tried swapping those out for another set?

I am not an expert linux user so don't know how to solve it.
the problem is not just with icons it appears some time around windows as well.
I have tried to replace icons as well but nothing got solved
my monitor dpi is 96 neither I made any settings in xorg.conf

any answer please ?
clue: this happens only when 4/5 applications are opened means not enough space in ram
