Well I've made a repo for Arch 64 with xfce-svn in it.
Not all the xfce-svn pkgs shadowhand has are in there but most of them are. If there are any bugs please let me know.
Note some of the version were not changed, thus they will apear old but they were built today! Anyways everything is working AFAIK.
P.S. I did change thunar pkgbuild I removed --disable-gnome-thumbnailers

Hey your repo is down. Have you got the PKGBUILDS somewhere?
Offline
No, I removed it a while ago, though I think I'm going to install arch64 this weekend, so I'll hopefully put it back up.

Ok thanks anyway.
I might just grab shadowhands pkgbuilds. I want to make some changes anyway.

^^
That always works, know with school coming to a end hopefully I can dual boot arch 64 with arch and start helping out again.

Well theres this script,
http://www.q-collective.org/xfce/xfce-svn
which will build all that stuff you need. I used it and it worked pretty well, other than some of the stuff in svn was broke, like thunar, libexo, and a thing or two more. For those I just checked the versions shadowhand had and checked out the older stuff

Awsome! I was trying to do this a while ago with shadowhands whole repo (xgl, gaim-svn, etc) and I'm still trying to get it all working, but I havent had much time with finishing up school. Excellent to see that I'll be able to get my xfce-svn panel back now 8)
Thanks mezoko

Well just to clarify the script is not mine. Also it just does xfce, but atleast with gaim if you go to aur, you can get gaim-svn, it builds just fine.

yep i was aware of the gaim package in the aur, but i'm working on setting up essentially a full mirror of shadowhands repo for us 64 bit users which is why i mentioned it.
its easier for me to add a single repo and get everything nice and quick though in the long run i end up compiling each package for myself... but regardless thanks for the install script and the heads up on gaim-cvs
i'll be sure to let all the 64 bit users know if/when i get the full repo up, school is still winding down so i'm a bit pressed for time, but this summer should give me ample time to setup a presistant repo for everyone to enjoy

I'll can help setup the repo, but like you said I also have school left, but give me a week or two and I should good.

Bravely taking Shadowhand's permission for granted, I have now set up
a repository for xfce4-svn based on his PKGBUILD's.
Mezoko if you have more time after school maybe you want to continue this, but for now I offer the repo here:
[xfce4-svn]
Server = http://sm.dex.de/~grizzly/arch64/xfce4-svn
The Server isn't fast, maybe I can get a better Server later on.
I will update at least once a week, sometimes twice, if I am bored or if I think that recent changes in the svn-sources make it necessary.
Let's all work together to make arch64 as perfect and complete a distribution like archlinux (32bit) already is.

i concur!
i got a few build scripts from shadowhand and got all his pkgbuilds a while ago, but i havent had time to setup the repo as i mentioned above. if you ask shadowhand, he offered me hosting on his server for 64 bit packages, i'm sure he'd do the same if you are willing to upload. i appreciate the work Grizzly, and i know that you at very least have my and mezoko's thanks for getting the repo started and online.
i have one week of school left, after which i am going to devote a good portion of this summer to building up arch64, if we can get enough people, mabye we could do a one weekend 'bug bash' on #arch64 and get pkgbuilds etc cleaned up.
also, i can mirror those packages as well if the load is too much on your, but i have only 60Kbps upload (usa residential cable upload speeds ).
lets make this summer the summer of arch64!

Hey its winter in NZ
After my exams ill be keen on helping out with arch64.
But for now ive unplugged my arch64 hd and am running an old gentoo install. So i get some study done.
The more packages arch64 gets the more appealing it will be for people to swap. Bring on the arch64 'Summer' then.

As long as we don't have a special part in flyspray I suggest to post bugs and imrovements to the arch-port mailing list.

Last exam is tomorrow, and then I have to sell this box to buy a new box, so depending how things go I a) help little after exams, sell box, buy new box or b) sell box, then buy box, but I have to wait for shipping so I dunno.
