Way to quick switch audio profile (stereo to 5.1)

Hi,
I bought a new sound system (5.1), and I want to know if there's a way to quick switch (without going to sound config.) like a indicator or keyboard shortcut  between 5.1 and 2.0, so I can use 5.1 when watching a surround movie and 2.0 (so it uses the sub-woofer and all the speakers) when listening to stereo music.
I'm using Gnome 3.14.
