Dual Booting Arch + Windows - Write over MBR?

I currently dual-boot Fedora and Windows 7 on my laptop, but after trying Arch on a VM for quite a while I've been quite keen on rolling out this on my system as my main OS.

The question is, just to make sure:

If I just reformat my Fedora partitions and set up Arch in that configuration, when I run 'grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg' after installing GRUB will my system just pick up the Windows partition for GRUB too?

Know this probably a silly question, but it's better to be safe than sorry!

It should do, but just for good measure, I'd install os-prober and run that before running that command smile

See the wiki for more info. I use the /etc/grub.d/40_custom file myself. Works fine with Windows 7.
