vnc virtual session with pulseaudio

I have a desktop running arch with kde and pulseadudio. Also it runs a vnc server which spawns a virtual desktop for remote connections with my ipad or other devices through ssh.

I want to have audio also on the virtual vnc desktop. right now pulseaudio is not recognized at all on it, pavucontrol complains that it does not find any pulseaudio server running and the PULSE_SERVER env is missing. how can I make the vnc session fill those env vars and the clients use the already running pulseaudio? or maybe if thats not possible then start a second instance of pulseaudio with different configuration?

My goal is to stream the audio through pulseaudio to my ipad with some kind of rtp protocol or something. anyone can help there also? thanks.
