[SOLVED] turn off the ethernet port Leds

I've just found out that you can turn off the leds on the ethernet ports on my new router (linksys EA2700).
Is it possible to do the same on archlinux from software (if yes how?), or that is a hardware specific option?

As far as I know the ability to do this does depend - to some extent - on the hardware (and/or perhaps drivers and kernel modules).  But you can check /sys/class/leds to see if it is available there.  There is no entry in leds for my NIC, but various other LEDs can be controlled there.

Thanks, I've found it on my laptop. I was hoping to find it in arch ARM too, but I realize that heavily depends on hardware, if they support anything like this.
