Detected Hardware Unit Hang: Reset adapter unexpectedly

Hi guys, i have a problem with my server. Always when system shows this error the ssh connections and other go down.
Apparently, it's the Hardware... but i searched  in another topics with this same problem, but they solution don't have affect in my server.
