Cinnamon displaying black text

Hi,

I'm not new to Linux but I am new to Arch. I have installed Cinnamon 2.4.1 with the latest nVIDIA proprietary graphics drivers, and the text comes up as black on desktop icons, making them very hard to see. How would I go about fixing this?

If logs are needed, feel free to ask.

Re: Cinnamon displaying black text

I'm seeing this aswell, same graphics drivers. Do you see white text in system settings when an icon is marked aswell? Also very hard to read.

Edit: Took a screenshot http://i.imgur.com/xjNUFYd.jpg of both problems.

Re: Cinnamon displaying black text

This happens because Cinnamon developers use a custom GTK+ theme in Linux Mint, while we're using the default Adwaita theme, and they don't care about that. Now I fixed both problems in our cinnamon package version 2.4.3-3.
