VMWare workstation error with shared VMs

Hi. I have a bug with VMWare Workstation I could not fix. It's about sharing VMs remotely, it reports the following error

Logging to /tmp/vmware-root/vmware-modconfig-1165.log
Cannot find insserv, chkconfig, or update-rc.d on your system.  Also cannot find System V style init directories.  Unable to add service.
   Starting Workstation Server:

Can anyone please me help to publish a remote server VMs?.
