[SOLVED] when install arch, got error:target not found : base

iso image: archlinux-2014.11.01-dual.iso

i install arch follow the wiki. After format the storge , i did pacstrap /mnt base . then the error msg came out:

error: target not found: base
==> ERROR: Failed to install packages to new root

i am newer with arch , can anybody tell me what can i do to solve this . By the way i changed different mirrors ,all of that just show me the same error.
