Anyone do you know whether have one mobileOS depends on ArchLinux?

Memery of Controlling  GC of Android is so terrible ,but IOS not allow nor Apple device install.

So Why not Archlinux on MobileDevice?

You'd want to check out archlinuxarm.org.  Unless your mobile device has an i686 or x86_64 processor, it can't run archlinux.
