[solved] USB1 or USB2?

EDIT: Just bought a PCI USB card and the DVD is using EHCI, at full speed. Case closed smile

I have a DVD writer in an external USB enclosure. The writer works, but it will only burn at 0.5x...
So, I think I might only have slow USB1 enabled... But I don't know if I have a hardware problem (old mboard) or a kernel/driver issue.

I've made a picture of usbview, maybe someone could tell me what's the case:

What can I do in case I have an old motherboard?
Will a PCI USB card help? Is it supported under Linux/Arch?
(Sorry, I'm such a hw noob...)

Kernel: Linux myhost 2.6.15-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Sun Feb 12 18:36:42 CET 2006 i686 AMD Athlon(tm) XP 2000+ AuthenticAMD GNU/Linux
Udev: 084-4
From dmesg: usb 1-1: new full speed USB device using ohci_hcd and address 7[/i]
