Boot Hangs at "Reached target Network" After Install

I just installed Arch onto my laptop, and I am trying to get Grub to boot into Linux. However, when I attempt to start up my computer it hangs at

[ OK ] Reached target Network.

I am trying to connect over WiFi. There are some other weird things that may be connected. It gives

[ OK ] Failed to start Automatically generated profile by wifi-menu

and

[ OK ] Started Automatic wireless network connection using netctl profiles.

and

[ OK ] Dependency failed for Automatic wireless network connection using netctl profiles

The last one is strange. I thought the dependency for automatic connection was wpa_supplicant, which I have installed and re-installed twice.

How do you go about fixing this?
