How to disable double-tap holding

Hey everyone! Merry Christmas!! big_smile

I am now using a macbook mgx-72. And I just successfully installed an archlinux on it. (with gnome 3). Everything works just fine and i really enjoy working with it. The only thing keeps bothering me is the double tap holding gesture.

I googled it  but people are always talking about how to enable it instead of disabling it. So i turn to you for help.

Thanks! Wish you all have a good day!

Thanks TheSaint big_smile. It works. Just set TapAndDragGesture to "0".

It should be TapAndDragGesture. Sorry for that confusing expression.

Re: How to disable double-tap holding

I you done, please mark the thread as [SOLVED]
Furthermore, probably gnome has memorized your setting, otherwise you may add the option in /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/51-synaptics.conf.
See the file and you'll understand how to add your option there.
