[SOLVED] trying to add unofficial key "could not be locally signed"

It has been a long time since I started a topic in this forum.

Last night I tried to add bohoomil's infinality repo in order to install his infinality build. After adding his repository to pacman.conf, I tried to add his key to the keyring. I tried to run:

sudo pacman-key -r 962DDE58

and the result was:

gpg: key 962DDE58: "bohoomil (dev key) <bohoomil@zoho.com>" not changed
gpg: Total number processed: 1
gpg:              unchanged: 1
==> Updating trust database...
gpg: next trustdb check due at 2016-01-22

then I ran this command:

sudo pacman-key --lsign-key 962DDE58

the result was:

 -> Locally signing key 962DDE58...
==> ERROR: 962DDE58 could not be locally signed.

and that's it.
I updated my system and tried again, the result was the same. I know I can bypass this problem by disabling signature checking but that's not a solution.  I searched the forum but didn't get any result. So please help...

If you're not reading all the announcements, you should check them at least when something goes wrong :-)
