[fixed] No XVideo support with ati-drivers/fglrx?

EDIT:
Fixed this myself by adding this to the fglrx section of xorg.conf:
    Option "VideoOverlay"               "on"
    Option "OpenGLOverlay"              "off"

xvinfo now says I have an xv-supported device, mplayer doesn't complain, and xine looks good. Sweet.

Soulution from http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php? … ight=fglrx (didn't notice it the first time I read that thread)

I just upgraded to Xorg7. I got X running with my Radeon 8500LE by installing the ati-drivers and generating an xorg.conf with aticonfig. Only problem is, mplayer complains that "It seems there is no Xvideo support for your video card available." When I run xvinfo it says there are no supported cards. Is this normal, or is there a way to get Xvideo support with my card and ati-drivers? The video output in mplayer looks fine, but the error bugs me. I've also noticed that video playback is poor in xine, although ironically xine doesn't output any errors.

Also, if anyone with a Radeon 8500LE using Xorg7 and ati-drivers could simply post their xorg.conf here for my reference, that would be greatly appreciated!
