Recently, I've started experiencing the problem of my screen becoming non-interactive while using Arch. I'm using OpenBox. This happens when I'm viewing a video or browsing the web. The mouse cursor seems to work fine but the screen becomes a non-interactive "image".
Here are some errors/warnings that I found in my journal -

What should I do?

What hardware are you using? Also, does it only happen with Arch?

SSH into the machine and tail the journal; replicate the freeze and then see what specific error messages are printed...

I'm using an Intel Core i5-2450M with 4G of RAM. I've installed Arch in dual boot with Windows and I mostly use Arch and don't use Windows much so I wouldn't know if this problem is limited to Arch.

How should I replicate the freeze? It doesn't specifically happen at a certain task. It has happened while viewing videos and while I was using chrome without any particular action that would trigger it.

Well, watch a video and use chrome at the same time!

I used to have similar random freezes on my system with intel, but the issue seems to have resolved itself at some point.
Have you tested if using linux-lts kernel helps? Somehow I believe this was a kernel issue in my case. I'm currently running 3.18.1 without any issues, but I'm pretty I didn't get these freezes with the latest 3.17.x kernels either.
