[Solved] Kernel panic after shutdown

It is start long time ago, but it want so annoig bks i dont poweroff or reboot my laptop, but now i need it and its annoing for me.
When i try to reboot or sutdown my laptop i have a kernel panic with reason:
http://i.imgur.com/VrfvO8C.jpg

/shutdown: error while loading shared libraries: libpthread.so.0: no such file or directory
...
call trace

also when i building initramfs, mkinitcpio with vanilla config dont put in archive any libraries, so i cant boot still i dont add files in config manually:

my part of mkinitcpio.conf:

BINARIES="/lib/liblzma.so.5 /lib/libdl.so.2 /lib/libsmartcols.so.1 /lib/libudev.so.1 /lib/libcap.so.2 /lib/libpthread.so.0 /lib/libcom_err.so.2 /lib/libe2p.so.2 /lib/libext2fs.so.2 /usr/lib/librt.so.1 /usr/lib/libc.so.6 /usr/lib/libacl.so.1 /usr/lib/libattr.so.1 /usr/lib/libz.so.1 /usr/lib/libkmod.so.2 /usr/lib/libblkid.so.1 /usr/lib/libmount.so.1 /usr/lib/libuuid.so.1"
HOOKS="systemd resume shutdown sd-shutdown usr base fsck udev block keyboard modconf keymap filesystems"

I think boot andr reboot is a same problem, but where i can find main bug?
