What is this error while installing Arch

I'm trying to dual boot arch 64 bit on my HP Envy laptop with window 8.1. When I boot arch from disc it prints the following statement repeatedly, never stops, I watched for two hours. So I can't install arch till now.

udevd[103]: timeout: killing 'usb_id --export /devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:14.0/usb3' [209]

What arch-version did you burn to disc? You might run into this which you could solve with a newer kernel
