I tried to install wine on my arch system after shoving an old windows disk in there and finding a few intristing EXEs but when i try to do sudo pacman -S wine-mono winetricks it doesn not do anything.

doesnt appear to be anything related on the WIKI page and there is nobody talking about it here so i figured id bring it up

Are you running 64 bit?.If so you have to enable multilib.
