How to change icon theme for qt?

I'm trying to change the icon theme for qt, so I can use the moka icons instead of the ugly default ones. However, I can't find how to change the icons for qt. I changed it for GTK pretty easily, but can't find too much info about for qt. How can I do this? And also, I'm ok if I can't use moka, I can use something else instead. But just how can I change the theme??? Do I just add the icons to a directory in the path?

Thank you in advance!

AFAIK the magic variables are:

DESKTOP_SESSION=gnome

and

QT_STYLE_OVERRIDE=gtk
