Chromium Vine and Tumblr video issues
The audio on Vine, Youtube and Tumblr video is really staticy but only on Chromium? I did test it on Firefox but they played perfectly fine. I did try reinstalling Pepper Flash.

Chromium sounds good to me. Keep trying things. HTML5? Pulseaudio? Toy arround with the mixer? Etc.
