Backup that knows immutable bit, extended attributes and acls

Hello,

I'm trying to use rsync and tar to backup whole system but immutable bit can't be transfered, even if I do it on the same local filesystem to some directory (ext4). Various information regarding immutable bit says that rsync and tar do not preserve it. Does anyone know some backup application which is free so I can use it to backup my whole system? BackupPC maybe?

If you don't find a solution, you can alternatively do a backup of the hard drive or partition, where  specifics of the filesystem are ignored and only bits are copied.
