Hi,
I bought a Mygica ISDB-T tvtuner (s880) and I'm trying to get it to work. When I plug it in this is the message I get in dmesg:

You might try recycling the usb interface. Remove the ehci modules and remodprobe them.

Thanks for the suggestion, but it didn't work. Same message.

You might try to place a debug= parameter on the smsdvb or smsmdtv module in modprobe.d and reload those. But the complaint comes from the smsusb module.

I don't think I know how to do that. I passed debug=1 to modprobe and captured this:

Might've given us a little more information, but error code -12 might give us a clue as to what the problem is claimed to be.
