[web browser] Eclaireur

Hi ,
I'm writing a small web browser, not fully implemented so far. If anybody is brave enough to test it and do some feedbacks, go for it!

there is no package yet, you have to get the sources (git) and compil it.

I just want to figure something, you need to add "https://www." to get the URI working. I know it's lame, it's on the TODO list...[done]
